Hey Matt, thought I would check in with my progress after stem injection. I am virtually pain free and enjoying my gardening this year. Range of motion is a bit limited, but still can put on my own socks. I am so pleased with our joint decision of doing a stem cell implant. I do thank you for helping me with this decision.
