Amy McKinlay, PA-C, MPAS is a physician assistant dedicated to helping people restore their health, vitality, and confidence at every stage of life. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University in 2004 and built a strong medical foundation working in vascular surgery and dermatology. Amy’s true passion lies in hormone optimization and regenerative medicine, where she combines advanced medical training with a deeply personalized approach to care. She co-owns The Regenerative & Joint Clinic + Aesthetics with her husband, Matt, focusing on treatments that improve energy, longevity, and overall quality of life. With over two decades of experience, Amy has developed a reputation for compassionate care and a commitment to results. In addition to hormone therapy and regenerative treatments, she also offers select medical aesthetics services to help patients look as good as they feel. Outside of work, Amy enjoys fly fishing, traveling with her husband, and creating cherished memories with their children and grandchildren.

Matthew McKinlay, PA-C, is a distinguished Physician Assistant with board certification and more than two decades of experience specializing in joint pain management, hormone optimization, and weight loss. Known for his innovative approach in medical treatments, Matt has earned a stellar reputation among his peers and patients alike for delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes. His commitment to advancing his field is evident through his active participation in various professional bodies including the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

In addition to his professional expertise, Matt has a vibrant background as a collegiate athlete, having played football during his studies at both Ricks College and Idaho State University. He graduated with high honors from Idaho State University, where he completed his Physician Assistant program and earned a degree in Health Science. Beyond his clinical responsibilities, Matt is deeply involved in his community, having coached local high school football and mentored young athletes.. His dedication extends to his patients with whom he works tirelessly to help achieve their health and wellness goals, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to guide them towards their best selves.
